Quality Accommodations

All our partner accommodations include daily breakfast, hot shower, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi access. Additional amenities may vary by hotel but these four core amenities are guaranteed in every booking at no extra cost.

For even number groups, we provide 1 room per 2 participants with king or twin bed options. For odd numbers, we add an extra bed to one room. Each room accommodates 2 participants, with an extra bed added for the odd participant.

Yes, upgrades are available subject to availability. You can replace an extra bed with a separate room for an additional fee of IDR 275,000 per room per night. Contact us at least 48 hours before your tour to arrange upgrades.

We can accommodate special requests such as accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, or specific room preferences. Please inform us during booking so we can make appropriate arrangements with our partner hotels.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We recommend discussing your timing requirements with our team to ensure the best arrangements for your tour schedule.

In rare cases of overbooking or unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange alternative accommodation of equal or higher standard at no additional cost. We maintain relationships with multiple hotels specifically to handle such situations.
