Bali to Bondowoso - The Journey Begins

Arrival in Bali and Transfer to Bondowoso
Your adventure begins with a pickup from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Bali (ideally before 10 AM local time) or from your hotel in Bali. From there, embark on a scenic 4-hour drive to Gilimanuk Port for the ferry crossing to Java (Ketapang Port). Enjoy a smooth 1-hour ferry ride, where on clear days, you can spot the majestic Mount Agung in Bali and Mount Raung in Java. Upon arrival at Ketapang Port, continue the journey with a transfer to your hotel in Bondowoso for check-in and rest.

Tumpak Sewu Waterfall: A Natural Wonder
Start your day early with a 4:00 AM departure from the hotel. Drive towards Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, one of Java's most beautiful and unique waterfalls. Known for its curtain-like cascade, Tumpak Sewu features numerous smaller waterfalls that form a half-circle shape along the canyon. The trek to the waterfall is an adventurous journey, where you'll cross rivers and climb over rocks, so wearing proper trekking sandals or shoes is essential. Enjoy the refreshing waters and natural spa before continuing the journey.
Journey to Bromo: Waterfalls to Volcanoes
After lunch, continue your journey towards the Bromo area, a 4-hour drive from Tumpak Sewu. Upon arrival, check in at the Joglo Kecombrang Bromo hotel for a restful night. Get ready for the next day's volcanic adventure!

Mount Bromo Sunrise: A Volcanic Spectacle
Your final day begins with a 2 AM departure to witness the magical Bromo stargazing and Milky Way views. After a breathtaking night sky, enjoy the sunrise over Mount Bromo, with Mount Batok and Gunung Semeru providing stunning backdrops. A 4WD or motorcycle ride across the Laotan Pasir (Sand Sea) takes you to Poten Temple, where you can choose between a 3 km hike or a pony ride to the base of Mount Bromo. Ascend 253 steps to reach the crater rim and take in close-up views of the active volcano.
Journey to Surabaya
After your visit to Mount Bromo, continue your journey to Surabaya. Whether you're heading to Surabaya Airport, the Train Station, or your hotel, your adventure ends with a transfer, concluding this unforgettable experience.

What are the age requirements for participation?
Participants must be aged 8 years or older to take part in this activity. All participants must meet this minimum age requirement.

This activity is not stroller-friendly or wheelchair-accessible. Child seats are also not provided.

The fitness level required is Beginner.

This activity is not recommended for individuals with high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, or other serious medical conditions. Pregnant women and persons with disabilities (PWDs) are also advised against participating.

Change of clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, caps or hats, cash, towel, flashlight or headlamp, windbreaker jacket, hiking shoes, slippers, and a valid ID are recommended. Additionally, it's advisable to carry a raincoat or poncho, and a passport with at least 6 months validity.

Before flying, ensure you have your passport with minimum 6 months validity, return tickets, travel insurance, and other travel essentials.

For travel between cities and towns, we use Toyota Avanza for 1-3 passengers and Toyota Hiace for 4 or more passengers, providing ample space for luggage.
