The fitness level required is Beginner.

This activity is not recommended for individuals with high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, or other serious medical conditions. Pregnant women and persons with disabilities (PWDs) are also advised against participating.

Change of clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, caps or hats, cash, towel, flashlight or headlamp, windbreaker jacket, hiking shoes, slippers, and a valid ID are recommended. Additionally, it's advisable to carry a raincoat or poncho, and a passport with at least 6 months validity.

Pre-flight Preparations

Before flying, ensure you have your passport with minimum 6 months validity, return tickets, travel insurance, and other travel essentials.

For travel between cities and towns, we use Toyota Avanza for 1-3 passengers and Toyota Hiace for 4 or more passengers, providing ample space for luggage.

Surabaya to Malang - Arrival and Free Time

Arrival in Surabaya and Transfer to Malang

Your adventure begins with a pickup at Surabaya Airport (ideally before 12 PM). Afterward, you’ll be transferred to Malang City, which takes approximately 3 hours, with a stop at a local restaurant for lunch (at your own expense). Upon arrival in Malang, check into your hotel and enjoy free time to explore or relax.

Tumpak Sewu Waterfall & Journey to Bromo

Tumpak Sewu Waterfall Adventure

Your day begins early at 4:00 AM, checking out from your hotel and heading to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, one of the most stunning waterfalls in Java. Known for its unique curtain-like water flow and multiple smaller falls, Tumpak Sewu’s beauty will take your breath away. The trek to the waterfall involves following a river up the canyon and crossing the river at one point (make sure to wear proper trekking shoes).

Journey to Bromo

After enjoying the waterfall, take time to relax and have lunch. You’ll then continue the journey to Cemoro Lawang, near Mount Bromo, with a drive of approximately 4 hours. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax overnight in preparation for the next day's adventure.

Bromo Sunrise Tour & Transfer to Bondowoso

Mount Bromo Sunrise & Exploration

Start the day early at 2:00 AM to prepare for Mount Bromo stargazing and the Milky Way view. After witnessing the stunning night sky, enjoy the famous sunrise over the Bromo landscape, with views of Mount Batok, Mount Bromo, and Gunung Semeru. Following the sunrise, take a 4WD ride across the Sand Sea to Poten, a Hindu temple. From there, you can either take a 3 km hike or a pony ride to the base of Mount Bromo to get close-up views of the crater.

Whispering Sands

After exploring Mount Bromo, continue to the Whispering Sands for more scenic views. Return to your hotel for breakfast, shower, and checkout. Afterward, you'll be transferred to a hotel in Bondowoso, with a 3-hour drive and a stop for lunch at a local restaurant (at your own expense). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening.

Ijen Crater Tour & Journey to Bali

Ijen Crater Adventure

Start at 12:00 AM, checking out from your hotel and driving to the Paltuding trailhead for Ijen Crater (about 90 minutes). From there, trek approximately 1-1.5 hours to the crater rim, where you’ll witness the spectacular turquoise sulfuric crater lake. You’ll also have the chance to observe sulfur miners carrying heavy loads of sulfur despite the harsh conditions. Enjoy the sunrise at the crater before heading back down.

Ferry to Bali

After Ijen Crater, drive to Ketapang Harbor and take the ferry to Bali (about 1.5 hours). Your adventure concludes upon arrival in Bali.
