• Exchange Rate: Payments in foreign currencies are converted using daily bank exchange rates, which may differ slightly from online rate sources.
• Transaction Fees: Any fees imposed by banks or payment platforms are the responsibility of the customer.

• Email Confirmation: A confirmation email or receipt will be sent within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Participants must be aged 8 years or older to take part in this activity. All participants must meet this minimum age requirement.

This activity is not stroller-friendly or wheelchair-accessible. Child seats are also not provided.

The fitness level required is Beginner.

This activity is not recommended for individuals with high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, or other serious medical conditions. Pregnant women and persons with disabilities (PWDs) are also advised against participating.

Change of clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, caps or hats, cash, towel, flashlight or headlamp, windbreaker jacket, hiking shoes, slippers, and a valid ID are recommended. Additionally, it's advisable to carry a raincoat or poncho, and a passport with at least 6 months validity.

Before flying, ensure you have your passport with minimum 6 months validity, return tickets, travel insurance, and other travel essentials.

For travel between cities and towns, we use Toyota Avanza for 1-3 passengers and Toyota Hiace for 4 or more passengers, providing ample space for luggage.
