Payment Information
Booking your volcano adventure with us is simple and secure. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash (with prior approval). To confirm your booking, a 20% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due a few days before your trip. If you need to cancel, we offer flexible options, including refunds, rescheduling, or travel vouchers. Our goal is to make your booking process stress-free so you can focus on the excitement of your upcoming adventure!
Currency: All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payments in other currencies may incur additional exchange and conversion fees.
Payment Methods:
- Bank Transfer: Clients are responsible for any transaction fees.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Secure online transactions. A 3% fee applies for credit card payments.
- WISE Transfers: If you choose to pay via WISE in currencies other than IDR, please see the table below for typical fees.
- Cash Payment: Accepted only with prior confirmation.

Note: International transfers require a SWIFT code, and clients must cover any associated bank fees.
- 20% deposit of the total tour cost to confirm a booking. This deposit must be paid once the Client receives the initial invoice.

Final Payment must be made according to the following schedule:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7 days before the tour.
- Bank Transfers/Wise: 3 days before the tour.
- Cash: Upon arrival (if pre-approved).
- Last-Minute Bookings: Full payment (100%) is required for bookings made within 14 days of the departure date.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in booking cancellation without refund.
5.1 Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund available.
- Same-day / “No Show” – No cash refund: Guests who miss the tour may reschedule once by paying 50 % of the original tour price as a re-booking fee.
5.2 Refund Options
Clients can choose between:
- Reschedule: Rebook the same tour without additional fees.
- Travel Voucher: Receive a voucher equal to the refund amount, with no deductions or expiration date.
5.3 Refund Procedure
- Submit refund requests via your JVTO account or by email with your booking ID.
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours after verification.
