Each of the three tourist sites was truly worthy of being called the main event. With some motorbike travel and river fording, the tour was packed with extraordinary experiences. There were also opportunities to sample local fruit, and the opportunity to ride a horse for just 3,000 yen—exceptional experiences unimaginable in Japan. The only thing I noticed was that the accommodation on the second day was a little noisy. Furthermore, the roads are narrow in all locations, and Mount Bromo in particular is filled with jeeps, making it difficult for beginners to stop or make U-turns.
