• We had a great experience doing the East Java 4d3n tour with Taufik. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about East Java, and I would highly recommend this tour. He made sure to get us to all our destinations on time (sometimes very early in the morning!) and was a pleasure to get to know. The hotels are all amazing, although don't expect to spend too much time in them! The itinerary is packed with the most beautiful sites of East Java, which would be difficult to do on our own! Overall, would recommend Java Volcano Tour Operator to anyone looking to see the beautiful nature of Indonesia.

• We had an amazing time with Fauzi and our Driver Joyo. Fauzi knew the best spots to be away from the crowd and have an amazing view. Will never forget this experience. It was also possible to customise the tour with the helpful and patient customer service on WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

• We booked the 3D2N tour from Surabaya to Bali and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Madakaripura waterfall was stunning, the sunrise over Mt. Bromo felt unreal, and the trek to Ijen was such an adventure. The accommodation was comfortable and everyone along the was very friendly. Kiki was an amazing guide; he took us to spots where there were fewer crowds, snapped some awesome pictures for us, and gave us tips for the rest of our time in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. And we had a great driver in Yandi, we felt very comfortable the whole time with him behind the wheel. We also booked a transfer to Ubud which was nice and convenient, a porter took us across the ferry to bali and our driver was there waiting for us on the other side. Didn’t catch his name but he was very friendly and gave us advice on what to do near our hotel in Ubud. This was a very well organized tour and I would absolutely recommend JVTO to anyone considering coming to East Java.

• I travelled solo for 2 nights and visited Bromo, Tumpak Sewu and Madakaripura. Everything was perfectly organised, from the airport pickup to the whole trip, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Juan was my guide and he was the best! Very friendly and explained a lot about the places we visited. I had already heard great things about him from a friend who had travelled with him before, and he definitely lived up to the recommendations. The driver was also really good (sorry, I can’t remember his name!). I had a great time throughout the trip and didn’t face any issues at all. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore these amazing places!

• We had a great time on our Java tour! Our guide was friendly, attentive, and proactive throughout the day, and he even took some great photos of us. He really helped make the experience special. As a bonus, when we found out Ijen was closed because of a fire, Fauzi and the team were quick to suggest alternatives and arrange other places for us to visit. We ended up going to the waterfalls, which were beautiful and made for a really fun day. Thanks for being so flexible and helping us make the most of our time in Java!
