I would definitely recommend taking the Java Volcano Tour for your East Java trip! Everything was taken care of perfectly, and our only job was to sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience. A big kudos to our guide, Aboy, and our driver, Iyon. They were both incredibly sweet, funny, and made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The only small room for improvement would be the accommodation near Mount Bromo. It was a bit disappointing, and I would be happy to pay slightly more for a better place to stay. Highly recommended! ⭐️

We had an amazing experience with our driver, Abang Roni. During our 4D3N Surabaya trip, He was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire journey. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. He even helped us take lots of photos, carried our belongings, assisted us whenever we needed help, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. He was patient, accommodating, and always willing to help. His service really made our trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. We had our best time in Indonesia with the JVTO team. We booked the package covering Mount Bromo, Mount Ijen , Tumpak Sewu Waterfall and Madakaripura Waterfall. Our guide Fauzi was the drive Joyo made sure we had the perfect tour. They were really helpful from the start to the end of the tour. Tour was well organized and hotel choices are also very good. We highly recommend them for the East Java expeditions.

We were fortunate to join JVTO for a 3D2N trip to East Java. We had a busy schedule and wanted to cover Mount Bromo, Tumpak Sewu, and Madakaripura Waterfall within the weekend. From the very first day we contacted them, they were incredibly supportive. Their website dashboard kept our itinerary updated, and they were very flexible in making changes according to our requests. The tour itself was amazing, and the support we received throughout the trip was exceptional. Our assigned tour guide, Juan, was the best guide we could have asked for. Along with our driver, Indra, both of them were always punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the three days. Juan speaks excellent English, which made everything so much easier for us. Plus, he is amazing photographer. He guided us everywhere we went, explained everything clearly, and even helped us avoid potential scams and tourist traps. We were able to cover everything we had planned, and surprisingly, we even finished ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, due to volcanic eruptions, our return flight was suddenly cancelled. We had to get back to Jakarta by the next day, and we had no idea what to do. Juan and Indra went above and beyond to help us. They safely helped us get to the Surabaya bus station and board a bus, which would have been extremely difficult for us without knowing the local language. We are truly grateful for their support, especially during an unexpected and stressful situation. I highly recommend JVTO’s travel packages. They are absolutely worth the money, and the service is genuinely professional from start to finish. If you are planning to explore East Java, I would definitely recommend travelling with them!
