We had a great experience! The tour agency was prompt in replying our queries. Our tour guide/driver, Yusuf, was also friendly and helpful.\n\nAs there was some volcanic activity on Ijen, the tour agency was prompt in updating us and suggesting an alternative itinerary for the affected portion, which ended being great as well!\n\nMt bromo was spectacular!
