We were a group of five visiting Bromo, and we had a wonderful time with our guide Juan and driver. Unfortunately, Bromo was suddenly closed on the day because of a wildfire, so we could only visit the Senuri view point but not the Bromo crater. We asked if we could visit a Tunpak Sewu waterfall instead, even though we knew it would be a long and challenging trip. Juan and driver kindly accepted our request and took us there. We really appreciate their flexibility and effort! They were both very kind, helpful, patient, and always did their best to make us happy. Even though our original plan changed, they helped us have a wonderful and memorable trip. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us. We are truly grateful! ❤️ Highly recommended!
