We had a great experience with JVTO on our four-day East Java trip. The office was very responsive from the beginning and did an excellent job putting together a rather complicated itinerary, taking into account all our special requests and making sure everything worked smoothly. Our guide Taufik was friendly, helpful and flexible throughout the trip, and our driver did an amazing job handling the many long hours on the road tirelessly and professionally. The minivan was also very comfortable, which made a big difference on such a road-intensive itinerary. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Excellent organisation, great people and very good communication — we can definitely recommend JVTO!
