Cancel the complete booking 48 hours or more before Day 1 and you receive Lifetime Package Credit: it never expires, preserves the same package, original pax entitlement and original confirmed price, and can be transferred once. The 4D3N volcano trip is really worth going!!\n\nWe joined the tour from 31/7 to 3/8. We have had a great trip with our driver, Dika, he was being very helpful and caring, sharing things about Indonesia with us, taking us to different local and good restaurants, and also taking good care of us. He also provided flexibility for us to decide our schedules, I highly appreciate his professionalism!!\n\nBesides, for the Ijen tour, our guide, Rendi, also helped us a lot, he kept asking about our condition when we went up the mountain so that we were able to rest at any time. When we went down the steep crater, he held our hands to prevent us from falling. I like his energy that makes our journey so happy and memorable!

Overall, a great experience! We booked the 4D3N Ijen, Papuma, Tumpak Sewu & Bromo tour (with the Madakaripura Waterfall add-on). Our guide, Gufron, was fun, communicative, and always willing to share interesting facts—plus, we bonded over our shared taste in music, which made the trip even more memorable. The driver was also great and drove very steadily, so we always felt safe.\n\nThe itinerary is quite packed and can be tiring, but every attraction is absolutely worth it. Just a small tip: make sure to bring a good pair of hiking shoes for Ijen! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic trip to Bromo and Tumpak Sewu with JVTO and Gufron as our tour guide. We were picked up on time from the airport and was ferried to all the location in comfort. The whole tour is also accommodating and flexible - when we need to stop for break/quick snack purchase - it was always being accommodated\n\nThe operator responses for every questions and queries was also very fast and fantastic. when there was an issue (eg: the Ijen closure), the operators assisted in offering alternatives.\n\nDefinitely highly recommended!

Last week my friend and I had the pleasure of visiting Ijen Crater, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall and Mt. Bromo. It was definitely a memorable trip.\nA significant part of what made this trip enjoyable was our driver cum guide, Johan. Firstly he was always on time and he also made sure we had ample time for travelling between different destinations. Most importantly, there was always more than enough time for photography. His friendly demeanor and expert guidance helped us navigate the crowds and get the best spots for pictures.\nAlfi Layalin was the guide attached to us throughout our hike at Ijen Crater. She patiently hiked with us up and down the mountain and gently guided us along the rocky paths. She also took beautiful pictures for us.\nGawan Sulis was our guide at the waterfall. He never hesitated to lend his arm for us to hold on to as we climb up and down the slippery route.\nFor anyone looking to explore these parts of Indonesia, we highly recommend Java Volcano Tour Operator.
