“(Translated by Google) We had a wonderful experience! Our driver, Yendi, was always super responsive to our requests and is reliable. It's a challenging tour, but definitely recommended. Water was always available, and we would have appreciated some snacks/fruit or a second breakfast upon returning from the Ijen trek (especially since the takeaway breakfast was very meager: just a toast and a bottle of water). Dinner could also have been more filling, especially since it was delicious. Thank you for everything! (Original) Abbiamo avuto una bellissima esperienza! We found this tour company very honest compared to others because you know the hotels that you'll go to (which are great btw).\nOur driver, Yandi, was always very kind and attentive. He never rushed us, letting us take our time to rest, while always staying on schedule. He also brought us to have lunch and dinner in very nice restaurants with very reasonable prices. And he even secured us some great spots to see the sunrise in Bromo. Most importantly, mainly thanks to him, we were literally one of the first to reach Tumpak Sewu, Bromo and Ijen, so we could enjoy them without big crowds. Yandi is very caring and helpful, he always keep us informed so that we won't get lost on the schedule and basically he arranged things perfectly for us! For the ijen tour, that was marvellous! Fauzi took good cares of me n my friend throughout the whole trip. The route was not easy but Fauzi kept cheering us up and eventually we got to see the blue fire!!
