If the traffic police unit approves:

• They will issue the relevant written order or confirmation for the escort.
• JVTO will reflect the escort arrangement in the group itinerary and Official E-Voucher.

If the request is not approved:

• The tour proceeds without escort.
• JVTO will still apply its own convoy and safety procedures within the limits of normal traffic rules.
